I just got the same offer from some cheapskate! Wanted me to fly to a state I could easily drive to, all for an amount totaling the same as what I’d charge for 3 hours (including the cost of a plane ticket!)
When I told him my price he said “that’s expensive” and seemed irritated.
He then told me of some poor soul willing to abide his pricing.
OP, a proposition like this requires trust for a lot of reasons or making sure you have the funding to back yourself up if needed.
If the answer to either of those questions is “no.” You should consider making it yours as well.

A deposit is required for my time and the full cost of the ticket must be sent first. I will buy the ticket myself (with his money of course) but he MUST book a minimum of 6 hours. Transportation and hotel accomodations will be provided by the gentleman as well
I only travel to and with regular friends unless full screening and background check is consented, but overall I am an amazing travel buddy, chick magnet and wingman *wink* lol

I have traveled to see existing friends as well as new friends.
Screening is a must and a lot of communication, clear communication!
If you are new to this, here are my tips. They aren't really different from the suggestions above.
Travel paid for upfront.
Deposit for visit.
Be clear about expectations.
Get your own place.
Be sure that you have the means to provide your own transportation.
Let a friend know where you are and who you are with.
You should do your homework on the area you would be visiting.
Basically, just be smart.
and if you have to ask because you feel like maybe you shouldn't , then do not.

This blog is interesting.
I have invited girls from HX to Vegas, some I didnt know or had met. Some I knew. But from the start it was more of just do u wanna go, more of lets just go.. no offer of compensation.. Just so there are no mixed signals..
In the end I would, dont do it. Just be better to go alone and have ur fun, find ur fun up there. Girls be too much drama, plus since I didnt know these girls that well, one became a thief.. or maybe her way of getting paid, since there was no original agreement. I can go into details but probably not good to spill all the beans on a blog

Asking a girl to travel with you for no compensation is hilarious to me
Because I'd rather stay home and spend time with someone who will appreciate and respect my time
Those hours that are being taken away from me being able to make money is insulting

yeah that blows my mind to when a girl says yes.
but maybe they have other motives.. maybe they figure use this guy for a room and ride and ill make some money..
but my thing is.. its not easy to just go to another city, im thinking, but maybe for the lady its a gamble to take

Yep I was invited as well. And like the female said about him calling degrading names, he has done the same thing to me as well. He is extremely abusive and has no respect for boundaries whatsoever and I don't think anyone would be enjoying themselves on their trip with this guy. I honestly can't even believe that he is still even on hx at all with the way he goes about things and treats ppl.
