Get your A1C / blood sugar checked.
Erectile dysfunction is highly correlated with high blood sugar - diabetes.
Eventually viagra wont do the job, if you have high blood sugar.
Diabetes is way underreported.
A lot of men are in denial, and put off getting checked.

Have to admit. I’m 42 and have some ED problem myself. Can’t always keep it hard. I do use ED meds. I typically do not follow recommended dose. Usually use 2-3 time the recommended. Couple days ago I used and tried a cock ring for the first time right after I got hard and I slipped it on and I actually stayed harder for a good 40+ mins.
@ OP maybe try uping your ED dose but for your age it could be a problem I don’t know. Like the other guy said maybe consult your doctor and get things checked out.

MatureExec I fill your pain! I’ve been using Viagra for the last 20 years. I’ve noticed in the last few years. It is really tough to maintain and keep an erection. Like you and others have stated the desire is there, the pleasure is there but anymore, it’s hard for me to stay hard enough for penetration. If you look at my network, the last lady I was with was very understanding and within a couple hours, she got me off orally. I returned the favor with DATY. It's about finding the right understanding provider. I am upfront when discussing ED when with a provider. Most have been amazing and understanding about it. They relax me when I get anxious about not getting hard. I don't think I have ever found anyone that gave me a problem with it and in fact most were so awesome at providing different experiences to help keep me going or tried different things to stimulate me. I appreciate all those providers through the years that helped me through this and I'm sure with some patience in finding the right provider that they can help too. Good luck and just be up front with your ED. Most of the providers on here are quite sympathetic and will help you through it...or maybe I was just lucky.
