Talking to someone who is respectful and trusted to keep it to themselves, helps releive the charge on the matter.

Writing it down may work to. It depends on how much charge there is.

I repeat the Serenity Prayer over and over like a Mantra.

Music helps me......along with having a good outlet of a person to talk to. But if you don't have someone to talk to, just writing your feelings out in a journal could be helpful too. I've found that whatever brings you comfort, in terms of your hobbies , could be helpful in managing stress.

Maybe it only works on me , good luck 👍🏼

1. I actually use an app called Brainwave and I have been using it for a couple of years now to help me overcome stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, it even helps with sleep. It has 10/15/30+ min cycles of brainwave sounds that help manage those big feelings via the brain. I am no expert on how it works I just know it does lol. At least it has really well for me. I have been in therapy for almost a year now that also helps haha.
2. I have also been changing my diet and putting in more herbs, mainly as teas and brews. This keeps my system really healthy and has become more proactive in regards to stress management.
3. And then I second the mantra notion. I am a numerologist and believe 369 is the key to the universe and so when I get stressed or overwhelmed and need a mantra, I often say "369 I will be fine" and magically I am. It may seem juvenile or even crazy but the odds are there. You can't argue with numbers haha. I am always ok. So either the mantra the code...the something is working. And working well. So I don't care what it is, as long as it works.
Good luck!

Take a walk in the morning and night. Leave your phone and observe every house, tree, say hi to others. Eventually it takes over running thoughts. Then eventually it all gets mundane and boring. The point is to condition it to be boring and only the walk. I am borderline scitz or something because I am addicted to daydreaming. Sometimes i dont even realize I have been talking to myself for hours about whatever daydream, stress or embarrassment that happened. It is incredibly hard to stop the voices or impulsive thoughts.
Extra tip, focus on your breathing, and do it passionately. Take 4 steps breath and tell yourself to breath. Eventually I was walking 2-3 hours without a thought. Besides it is great for your health.

# 3. From what I learned 3's,6's, and 9's are Natural Match #'s. Same with 2,4,8's and 1,5,7's.
Glynis McCants sometimes gives positive affirmations in her newsletter. Also has Calendars based on one's Life Path # that is based on one's full birth-date, I find if the day isn't going well, adding the month and day that becomes a 7 is usually why. As it's a Challenge to my 4.
Now I'm wondering what your B-date # adds up to be. Hmm...

For long term stress relief be mindful; it’s all in your head. Renewed thinking and approach will bring new results (“Out of The Maze”, by Dr. S. Johnson).

For me what helps is holding one ice cube in each hand and hold on to it as long as you can. Your body is like in survival/reset mood so your body only can focus on that. Thats more temporary like if youre having a panic attack.
Also helps is taking a walk in nature or even a walk around the neighborhood. Studies have shown 30mins walking a day improves mental health, stress and depression.

I used to get extremely bad anxiety in my adult teens and 20s to the point of dry heaving every day (and I was a cutter). Most of it was because I was a young mom on my own and I was overwhelmed by the feeling of I needed to know all the answers, toxic relationships and just the future in general. After overcoming obstacles and tragedies I now tell myself everything will work itself out. If you can get through those things, you can get through anything, just don’t be idle.
Sometimes we see only what’s in front of us without realizing how strong we truly are by the things we’ve already overcome ❤️

Sex relaxes me when ever I’m stressing 🥰

I often think of stress like a hangover, both can be a lot more manageable before they hit. Just like taking Advil the night before can soften the blow of a hangover, preparing for stress in advance can make a big difference.
If you know you're heading into a stressful week or season, try to get ahead of it by moving your body, whether it’s hitting the gym, going for a walk, jogging, or doing anything that gets you active. The more you can build that into your routine beforehand, the more resilient you’ll feel when things get intense.

I definitely agree with this .^^^^^
If I know work is going to get stressful I will be very intentional about working out leading up to and during that stretch. I find if I'm active regularly I'm able to manage it better than if I'm just on the couch not doing anything. That also causes me to think about the stressors more

Zannies, to sleep... Listening to calm, soothing music or podcasts at night. It helps me by letting my brain focus on the southing audio, instead of focusing on negative thoughts that can keep me up.
