I just thought of another way to help guys like this see the light.
Ladies should go into all of their photo albums, Edit the album, and then add this fool to the Blacklist. If you get a message saying you can't blacklist him, it's because he is already whitelisted and/or purchased the album. Remove him from Whitelist and then you can add to Blacklist.
It's a bit of work, but you will feel better on the inside for doing it.

Bluemoon7 you are a coward. I was one of the ladies you secretly recorded & when I called you out on this YOU said you are leaving the hobby. So much for that lie as today a provider came to me asking for a reference on you.
As I mentioned to you in my text message, my life is not so great at the moment so I truly have no issues fucking up yours.
As Randy mentioned, it is a crime to record anyone via VIDEO OR AUDIO without their consent and I will be pressing charges against you.
If I do anything with my spare time, I will do everything in my power to make sure your tiny cock gets no action.
AND as mentioned previously, I highly recommend you refrain from posting any of the recordings publicly especially mine since I am a known adult performer & someone will recognize me & notify me right away.

J (3) (A) A person who uses a concealed camcorder, motion picture camera, or photographic camera of any type, to secretly videotape, film, photograph, or record by electronic means, another identifiable person who may be in a state of full or partial undress, for the purpose of viewing the body of, or the undergarments worn by, that other person, without the consent or knowledge of that other person, in the interior of a bedroom, bathroom, changing room, fitting room, dressing room, or tanning booth, or the interior of any other area in which that other person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to invade the privacy of that other person.
Penalties for first-time offenders
For a first-time conviction of PC 647(j), the penalties include:
Up to six months in county jail.
A fine of up to $1,000.
Additional consequences
A conviction can also result in other serious repercussions:
Sex offender registration: While not mandatory, a judge can order you to register as a sex offender if they find that the offense was motivated by a sexual compulsion.
If you were to be ordered, this means at minimum 10 years being on the sex offender registry list.

Anyone who even thinks it is a wise or fun idea to secretly record a friend in an intimate setting should seriously reconsider their life choices. A 10-year add to the sex offender registry is not something you want to even begin to contemplate.

The law does not care who you are. Even if you’re a cohabitant meaning a husband are you allowed to film without consent ins private setting such as this. So if the law doesn’t care, the cops don’t care either. They will arrest your ass and throw you into county jail. I have a friend who spent a year in county lockup waiting for trial on a robbery charge and it was rough for him. Imagine how it will be for you as a fucking sex offender in a system who sees you as someone to be hurt. Someone who they will purposefully go after
I have a friend who is on the sex offender registry list. I know how hard it’s been for her and her family. Taking care of them. Transporting family members. People knowing who you are. The looks. The judgement. All because you wanted to get your rocks off by violating someone.

I think the moral of the story is don’t outsource your safety to the algorithm that determines levels. It’s like playing Russian roulette. You might get lucky and survive unharmed or you might not.
Take the extra thirty seconds to look at the person’s network, especially the safety column. If you see problems, reach out to the people in his network for more details, or just avoid interacting with him or her. It’s a small investment for your safety.
Bluemoon7’s level and network are a perfect example of the shortcomings of the system. Everyone who knows the story will avoid him but his level is still good. The algorithm isn’t perfect. It can’t account for every individual or every situation.
We all know to avoid a guy with that many safety dings but the algorithm just sees that his good safety ratings outnumber the bad ones.
Think about bad people. They can avoid trouble most of the time but eventually their true nature will manifest itself. This guy had over fifty encounters where nothing bad happened or he didn’t get caught. Finally someone caught him. Do 58 good safety ratings outweigh 17 bad ones? The algorithm says yes but you know that’s wrong.
Don’t just look at a person’s level. For your own protection look to see if they have any bad safety ratings. It might just save your life.

Don’t be too hasty to secure a date (provider/client). Use the network to your advantage; it’s there for a reason. Note: there are clubs that work to keep the community safe (I'm not just talking about SafetyFirst, thought it is the best ones out there, as far as I know). On that note, I have (own) two “dead” clubs and would love ideas to repurpose them for the security and benefit of the community. I’m open to ideas and help co-moderating. I’ve mentioned this to a couple trusted people here, and feel compelled now more than ever to take some action.
Trust your instincts; you’re “spiddie” sense.
Forgive yourself if, even after you’ve taken all the precautions, something/someone slips by. Some deceivers are professionals in their own right. They will get what’s coming to them in the end.

JuneMoon-Exactaly. I used to love it here. I've been here for a long time, too long probably but it's definitely changed. It's not the same. Gentlemen are almost extinct. I am so grateful and thankful to the gentleman out there. I can't tell you enough how much you are a breath of fresh air when it comes to this job. The amount of caca we have to deal with is mind blowing. The constant games, manipulation and scams among many others these days is draining. You definitely have to have a sound mind and thick thick skin to be in this business. All of it makes it so hard to be the awesome provider I once was. But I'm trying and learning.
In short, I just wanted you to know that your aren't alone and if you ever needed anything please didn't ever hesitate to hit me up.
