Tijuana is actually a wonderful place with amazing food & close proximity to the ocean for cheap 
Also I prefer being in a country where I can pay off the police... In the US you need to be a multimillionaire at minimum to do that.

Helena if I was a female and looked like you I could be destitute, homeless , with a 5 gallon money bucket in front of me standing on a corner. The bucket would be full of cha-ching and the cops would be checking on me all the time just to chit-chat. I wouldn’t need to bribe them.
As it is I don’t look like you and I hope the balance on my Visa card is enough!🫤

I promise you they want 500-1000 pesos regardless of what you look like my dude.
Ironically, every time you're stopped, the fine is typically the exact amount you're carrying in your wallet! Next time save a little for your shoe. Or your bra, I don't judge.
If anything I'm MORE likely to draw their attention walking around town with my ass out, asking the important questions: "where them hoes at?"
