I’ve found Negroni to be a good holiday drink.
Ingredients
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
Orange twist or slice, for garnish
Best one I had was made by A Filipino bartender at Crustacean at Beverly Hills.
It’s easy to get wrong and make it “meh”, but a crisp cool one with chilled blood oranges is amazing.
