I'm sure she is talking about Emerson1999. Personally I would just avoid this guy, block him, don't respond, add to your notes. If OP has personal experience with him flaking or wasting her time, she can always rate him in Karma and/or post about it in a club she is already a member of.
That said, if you take a deposit from him and then drive 2 hours to see him and then finally screen him after you park and decide you don't want to meet, you don't get to keep it. You should pay him back. Screening should be done before you agree to meet someone, and certainly before you take a deposit and drive two hours. See link below for more.

Umm idk where you got deposit from but I’ve never taken a deposit and kept it without seeing them anyone knows I’m very good at communication and if there’s an emergency I always hook you up  but yes ladies stay away!! I will leave a rating meeting wasn’t good and text isn’t either I’m just on the fence because I wasn’t in danger but he’s definitely very creepy and too much and in person the same
