Congrats on wanting to make a change to improve your health and mental well being. My 2 cents, look into taking a class for absolute beginner, so you will be conditioned to make progress necessary to become an awesome pole dancer. If you still find it too difficult, do the best you can, just don't give up. Pole dancing is essentially a body weight work out, so you may want to start doing simple body weight exercises first to build up your strength and endurance. Don't forget good diet and good sleep are also important.

I have a friend who owns 3 pole dancing class facilities, maybe I should rent it out so that we can learn

I miss working at the strip clubs

Never took pole classes just auditioned
Got hired and starting dancing and doing pole work by practicing...I know a little something now 😉

I love going to strip clubs.. I could never deal with the drama that goes on, to work there.
