I do not celebrate but if I had to pick something, I think my favorite thing about turkey day is the sammiches the day after.
Tofurkey isn't so bad.
I think I prefer the celebration roast.

My favourite Thanks Giving Turkey dishes are
Ham, Mash potato and my very favourites - deserts.
While turkey is quite tasty, it does not rank high on my list of culinary desire.

Not a big fan of turkey and prefer honey glazed ham with cranberries, mash potatoes, string beans along with a good portion of healthy greens. Pecan pie for dessert. Hopefully some ass and titties on black Friday.

I prefer ham over turkey
