TheBackNine is correct. But be careful. There are always a bunch of assholes who try to take advantage of new women on HX by twisting their arms to make shady deals with them because they're "sooo important" due to their level status.

you’re almost at level 1, if you click on your level on the profile you will see that you’re level 1 in everything except integrity, so maybe just more one or two people rating you as safe in all the boxes and it’ll update!

I've been all 4's but a level 3 for quite a long time.
With her network I'd see OP without hesitation. I always look farther than their level number:
Their blogs, blogs about (be in several select clubs so your search includes posts there), all review items, maybe PM a recent rater.
