Not everyone desires to be rated. All you have to do is ask politely.

Has always asked politely. For me a no reciprocate is an invitation to never have a meeting again.

I had a good experience a couple of days ago. Asked her to rate me and I would rate her back. I told her I was just trying to build a more recent network to see other ladies who require it.
She said sure, no problem. I texted a polite reminder, still nothing. I finally gave up.
Unfortunately it wasn't the first and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I always rate and ask politely in PM to reciprocate if she hasnt already rated
If after a week with no reply or no rate back, I just delete my rating .
Even if 2 SECOND rating which only rates Safety and Karma, how long does that take?
Ratings are the lifeblood of this site to insure safety, some dont get the message.

I've had a number of guys not rate me after meeting and I figure they just forgot. I tend to just let it go. I'm sure I have forgotten a few myself. If I don't do it right away the likelihood of remembering to do it later is slim to none so a friendly reminder more than welcome, it's appreciated!

Unfortunately not everyone plays by the rules 🤣🤣 and that's fine by me just don't come back crying like a little biatch with "why have you not rated me" when I first join this site I was under the assumption that rules and policies were applied across the board, 😱🤣🤣 Boy was seriously mistaken. Anyhow I even send a thank you note to one of my guest assuming I had been rated what fool!!! 🤣🤣🤣 it was me rating him since I wasn't familiar with the site It was me issuing a rating that's what I was reading. Once we're done with session I ask them would you rate me please and would you like me to rate you? Some agreed others says no and other even reply with " please don't" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 however they take the time and energy to rate me on a different site/platform since I have many adds throughout the net

All you can do is ask politely.
I'm not sure if HX still terminates your ability to rate people at a specific %? Happened to me years ago. In order to rate people I had to terminate a portion of the network list.

So what's the purpose of rating:
To let the community know you're a reliable and safe person.
To help you escalete the different levels, although I have never known how that really works.
To create a reliable network

I rate everyone I see. The rating system is in place for a good reason. Not everyone is the same and unfortunately I don’t understand that. It’s not hard, but that’s something maybe you should discuss next time prior to. Also, can’t see a newbie and expect a higher level experience out of someone just starting off 🤷🏽♀️
