And who did the study ? And who paid them off ?
Eat your Apricot seeds folks, and don't throw away that Apple core without eating those seeds too.
You know, any Nut that tastes bitter. Well there are a few of those here to.

@AFMadness
Who did that study?: Christel Nielsen, Mats Jerkeman, and Anna Saxne Jöud. They are all at Lund University, one of the best know medical research centers int the world.
The study was paid for by The Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and Welfare
Why would anyone pay them off?
I wasn't planning on taking my medical advice, however, from a paranoid conspiracy theorist.

I just read somewhere that 97% of scientists agree with whoever pays them to write the study.

I understand that when you get tattoos, the inked part is like scars. The sweat gland underneath can no longer function, so you don't sweat in those areas. Sweating is the body's way of getting rid of some waste and toxins, and keep the body cool. So I can see that there could be some medical consequences for people who has a lot of tattoos.

Im very familiar with clinical research. This is a very large study. If the study was 60 to 300 prepped, its possible to manipulate the data a little. But for ~12,000 patients in the study, too many clinicians work on the study and the University of Lund is well known. You cant fake the data. Many large clinical studies fail by pharma and other health companies. Also, the data would not be analyzed until it was completed.
It shows a trend it doesnt mean you will get cancer if you get a tattoo. But its associated with higher risk. At the same time, many other lifestyles are associated with higher risk of various diseases. Smoking, drinking, excess sun exposure, eating fast food and other junk food, high sugar/fat diet.
Life is a lottery except you control your outcome.

Well if one believes that the Medical / Pharma Industrial Complex is going to CURE Cancer anytime soon... Let's just say I have a Bridge for sale.
ps Seemingly I have noticed the food processing industry is starting to change there ways. But are they really ? and to what degree if so ?

Oh don’t believe you won’t sweat where you have ink. Only bad tattoos leave scars unless the person is prone to keloids…
I have ink that’s decades old and have had no problems with sweat/ detoxing in those areas. A lot more people are using numbing creams now and tattoo artists are putting a weird firm cover on them to keep on there for days instead of allowing the skin to breathe. Those measures I wouldn’t take if I ever went back for more because I think it’s adding more toxins to the situation.

I don’t like tattoos. It’s best to just stay a blank canvas.

I don't have any either... although I have seen a lot of beautiful art and appreciate it. Just nothing that I would want on me personally... forever. Someday maybe.
