Its shocking that Mar a Lago is 17 acres but they have it valued 10's of millions less than 1.5 acre properties.
The TDS is strong

just lets you KNOW how hokey the shit is and how connected to media and business
summary judgment
probably one of the best things to happen with all the legal stuff...it will taint everything else they are trying to do
Look, you CANNOT be any dumber than a Prog.
The more oxygen they feed this guy, the stronger he gets.........then they blame Reps for backing him.
STOP giving him free publicity, you morons.
If they'd left this guy to his own devices, he might've disappeared.
Anybody seen the shit he says on Truth Social?
You do not want this fucking idiot as Presi again.
AND, you don't want the current smelly turd falling down stairs as Presi again, either.
followed ZERO shit on truth social or most things
just following these legal hurdles thrown his way...becoming quite laughable
he's always said dumb shit btw
give some of the latest examples

You guys do realize that Trump's appeal was denied yesterday in this case. The summary judgment on the resolved claims stands.
The trial starts Monday on the remaining issues and on the $250 million penalty. The appeals court denied delaying the trial.
This case is not going well for Trump, as it shouldn't.

Oh Trump....that sly fox.
Got em where he wants em!
yep, obama was a great speaker
wonder if that death of gay black dude on his property will get investigated properly?

that is funny Marissa - thanks for cheering me up

Some comments on Truth Social:
He said NBC should be investigated for treason and that the FBI should raid the homes of Senate Democrats. Then he accused President Biden of being manipulated by “the Fascists in the White House.”
Here was part of Mr. Trump’s send-off for Mr. Milley, who’s finishing his tenure as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs: “This guy turned out to be a Woke train wreck who, if the Fake News reporting is correct, was actually dealing with China to give them a heads up on the thinking of the President of the United States. This is an act so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!”
How about a campaign pledge to abridge the First Amendment? Mr. Trump: “Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its ‘Country Threatening Treason.’ . . . I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage.”
Mr. Trump also uses Truth Social to amplify unhinged posts from others, including one recently calling the 2021 Capitol riot a “Fedsurrection,” involving Antifa leftists in MAGA disguise, and “the Deep State coordinated their actions through proxies.” Mr. Trump or his social-media team hit the button to “retruth” this lunacy to his millions of followers.
I suppose you could call that "hyperbole" but I think FDT is serious about this shit.
Take from it what you will.
i definitely think it's hyperbole...that's how the dude talks
BUT to be fair...when he came out originally saying he was spied on? same kinda reactions where people were laughing at him
most everything has aged pretty well for him on the deep-state shit
fuck...look how they got ZILLOW to BE STUPID. the shit goes pretty deep
again? should he be the next pres? prob not.
if it's him and a DEM...gotta imagine you will hold your precious lil vote...make a stand

The Trump Organization valued Mar-O-Lago at $621 million in 2021. Palm Beach County assessor number was $21M. Trump Organization valued 7 Spring Estate at $291 million in 2014; Cushman & Wakefield number is $30 million. Me thinks the Trump Organization widely inflated the value of its assets and they didn't present any compelling information to the Court that their values were ballpark. Normally, a firm would have retained a respectable property assessor to present their case. Not so with the Trump Organization.
New York Judge Arthur Engoron’s determination that Trump inflated the value of the estate cites an appraisal by the Palm Beach County Assessor, which found the market value of the 17.5-acre property between 2011 and 2021 between $18 million and $27.6 million.
According to a 2023 market appraisal report by the city of Palm Beach, the total value of the property is $37 million, an increase of $6 million from last year and nearly $10 million more than the appraised value Engoron cited in his ruling this week.
yes we saw the case is going on as scheduled with this brilliant judge...pretty sure all the penalties will hold up with the judge's calculations

for some reason, the lenders i have worked with concerning my clients didn't give a rat's fuck what the client thought the value was
jerry jones has a little of the same issue with his cowboys...he thinks it is north of 12b and would never ever sell. redskins just sold for 6b. so a FEW billion in discrepancy, but pretty sure if he were to take a big loan out to sink into his natural gas play...the banks would be going with their number, not his

kinda timely interview with scott adams on trump speak
i think unhinged trump just got done RAILING on megyn and she's still on his side of the court
Lol Scott Adams
The dude lost his mind years ago. Final straw was marrying that influencer? whore who probably took half his fortune.
think she had cancer...is that the same thing?

"the lenders i have worked with concerning my clients didn't give a rat's fuck what the client thought the value was"
Spot on, lenders don't give a shit what you think your property is worth, that's why they ALWAYS do an independent appraisal. Used to be that you could have "relationship" banking where they fudged a little to get the business but that's pretty much precluded by Federal and State laws now.
So, telling a lender on a document that you think your property is worth 10x it's real value will get you laughed out the door.
This is a very strange case though and even though the judge summarried FDT, the fact that she shut down any oral from FDT's shysters could mean other ramifications in the case.
For sure, if it stands, he may be totally fucked on doing biz in NY. Then they put his property in receivership with his family unable to make any decisions on it.........now that might be pretty funny.
Basically cut his balls off.
so he valued the property at billion plus?? i don't follow real estate in palm beach...i guess ludicrous can be subjective. the banks are going to do what they NEED to do. what is it that lenders NEED to do again?
influence pedal scheme
holy shit...we have bitch slapping and scheme-peddling? how about some finger paintings?
seem to be pretty lockstep...which is ok. just don't pretend to be objective on any of it...you're not
there are those laws...don't lie about your income on loan docs. i saw it all btw before the R/E crash. after the crash? banks tightened things up...would assume ALL banks from 2009 on
let's SEE some REAL examples of how it was used in decision-making from all sides
so this would be a great one on TV
so here's a nice little breakdown of the seven springs property
actually have experience in this type of shit for tax purposes
quite a bit to unpack with this one.
cohen? not sure what his expertise was...the kinda shit he handled besides pussy payoffs...financial statement-type stuff? i don't see it
again, given value to a bank? did they tell trump to go fuck himself? must have
who would have the very first issue with the easement thingy? go on you can say it
hope there's more to this thing
with these two examples...this case ain't 250m worth of penalties

"If you owe the bank a $1,000 and can't pay it, you are in trouble. If you owe the bank $1,000,000 and can't pay it, the banks in trouble!"
Truth!
FDT was effectively bankrupt in the early nineties. He'd levered up his properties and when NYC RE crashed, he was underwater......bigly.
For some ridiculous reason, the idiot bankers let him do a workout, saying his "brand" had value
Ultimately, values came back. If the banker fools had simply foreclosed on his dumbass, he'd never had the money or notoriety to be president.
Fucking bankers!
Bankers are Wankers.
i don't think anything will come of property valuations...that's all normal shit in the various things they go thru in life cycle.
now if he had funky books where shit was flat-out lying? probably a case can be made
i've seen it - real fucking life situations. i can promise you that if it was any one of you...to add some income, pay additional taxes to keep your great one-of-a-kind building/business from being at risk...you'd fucking add the income.
it will have to be something more than cohen saying it happened...pretty sure he wasn't getting audited FS...maybe reviewed FS at best case from partnered properties and bank requests.
some of the best audits btw...are from who? they will need FINGER PRINTS on the re-engineering of financials.
his main corp executive already went down in court for fringe benefit stuff....it didn't reach trump
can the guy flip and show his fingerprint? possible. not sure where they are with that executive

There might just be a simple solution to keep the Trump names on all the New York Properties...
"In 1985, Sol Wachtler, then the chief justice of New York’s Supreme Court said, “Any good prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.” If anything, in the 30 years since he uttered those very accurate words, the situation has gotten worse, not better. Grand juries — as they were initially designed to do — no longer serve as a bulwark between overzealous prosecutors and the citizenry. Jurors are constantly being lead around by their noses whenever the prosecutor has a mind to."

A couple of years ago we were bring a boat back from Newport to Santa Barbara and hugged the coast, just past Long Beach there was this huge, over 100 feet, American Flag right on the bluffs. I asked the other crew what is that and he said "Oh that's Trumps Golf Course" Did a search and it said he bought that in 2002 for $27 million, it's probably worth more than that now...

GA jury foreman...holy shit
before final indicktment voting taking place
look at the GLEE going on
kinda reminding me of a few people
lil hokey

When you hear the term "Grand Jury Indictment" you assume that this means there is a certain level of credibility, fairness and gravitas to the process. When you hear this woman you understand that these people are completely biased and unhinged!

Assume that FDT loses the court case and his assets in NY are placed in receivership (other assets outside the state would not be, I would assume).
Assume FDT wins 2024 (we're just making the assumption for argument's sake, not predicting he will).
What could or would he do about this civil fraud case loss?
Does any legal authority even know what his options are?
This shit gets really weird after a while.
It's interesting that the judge in this case is a Democrat who was, apparently, elected without opposition. For all I know, he's a stand-up guy, but interesting that this has not been mentioned in any media outlet. You'd think FDT would be screaming about this.............he's doing plenty of screaming, just not about this.
When FDT and FJB die, they should bury them together spooning in a shallow grave.

"Oh that's Trumps Golf Course"
I've played that course a couple of times.
Heard he might've got a deal cause a couple of holes fell in the ocean, so it was kinda fucked up.
Not sure if I got those deets correct though.
Not a great course but fantastic views.
The people in the know will tell you that FDT rides alone in his own cart so he can race ahead and drop a ball in the cup, then claim a hole-in-one............cheats like a mofo, just like Clinton did.

Notwithstanding the facts, prosecutors usually don't go after someone unless they are about 90% sure of getting a conviction. Even if it was an indictment, 12 grand jury member thought it was a strong enough case to go forward with prosecution. In either case, DJT has a problem that I don't think is going to go away anytime soon.
And this same scenario goes for every indictment he is under right now, regardless of where it originated or will be tried.
To add what Marrisa wrote above, I think prosecutors wouldn't have prosecuted Trump unless they thought they have a 100% chance of conviction.
Trump is a former President.
Who is constantly making threats to witnesses, prosecutors, and judges.
The DOJ did essentially nothing until they were called out after the January 6 Commission finished its investigation and recommended the Trump be criminally charged. Only when Jack Smith was appointed in November 2022 did the DOJ act wholeheartedly.
The Georgia case took forever to collect evidence and present it to the Grand Jury.
The documents cases is a slam dunk, even with overtly biased judge.
Witnesses are flipping now.
I would be surprised if Trump isn't found guilty in every case.

To finish my thought...
Trump specializes in intimidation. He repeatedly calls for violence, knowing that some of his followers will act on his calls for violence.
He's done so to discourage prosecution, yet his offenses are so egregious that these cases moved forward anyway with everyone knowing the risks.
No one would take on this risk unless they felt that the evidence against him is so strong that the public will eventually turn on Trump.
specializes in intimidation
you and marissa...holy shit
BTW...none of you have legal expertise. saying he wouldn't be indickted unless THEY were 90 percent...now 100 percent. come on...you both forgot about the ham sandwich thingy?
how'd you like that GA jury foreman? pretty cute?
also, remember what's going on...this is NOT normal shit...they have an agenda...of course you don't think so...but people running for office to get trump...4 indicktments with the timing.
just shoot the dude and we can move on
i'm good to wait and see. i think they won't hold up.

btw, didn't reload the money yet and have just enough to ADD some pic memory....will get to it later sometime
did get the q3 preordered today

Don't take anything MA posts seriously.
Loves his hyperbole.
Never right, but always certain.
Keeps telling us how much he hates to post
But like a cheap ho, he always come back.
You've mistaken me for someone who gives a shit about FDT.
I just like making fun of your posts and watching you get triggered.
Guess I'm just twisted........
there is a DIFF from giving a shit about a dude and having the GOV confiscate his shit and keep him from running.
if they just shoot him we can move on, but we still have the fucking problem with these fuckers. we both are too far gone to probably care about it.

@ MA TOS
Back on topic, gotta say it's pretty interesting how often narcissistic personality disorder ends up destroying its owner. Bombast, lying and media time got FDT to the top. Now, he may lose it all.
Should've moved Trump Tower to Miami, when he had the chance.
Losing his NY business will be more painful to him than being in jail.
Hey MA, how you doing?
We good?

"Baby, come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong and I just can't live without you"
i think we are in a DIFF time with the typical trajectory of these prosecutors
IF the left thinks hitler is a threat to get back in the WH....they will DO whatever it takes...sure they will be TAKEN CARE OF for taking one for the team
so you GO with what you think...i will go with I think
my original POST was kinda about how big bus/big tech in-sync with the LEFT(judge) so quickly. i also think shit like this FAVORS trump.

As Marrisa said, no candidate would ever start campaigning so early. So he did it to block the indictments, which of course didn’t happen.
Interestingly, because Trump ran so early, that promoted Garland to hire Jack Smith to settle the issues raised by the January 6 Commission. Had he not run so early, the DOJ may have continued to drag its feet.
