How about getting a real job offer in NYC first and just doing your speculation/gambling/trading on the side? Who's going to rent you a place unless you have a verifiable source of income to start with? In addition, how much research have you done into the cost of living there? Last but not least, have you traveled out there on your own and spent some time there to see if you can deal with the weather, the people, etc? New York can be a huge culture shock if you have never experienced that type of environment before.
I can't say that I understand what's going in your mind here. I have made multiple career moves out of state in the past, but I made damn well sure I did my research before accepting an offer, packing up the U-Haul and moving out. OTOH, you're here asking a bunch of mongers and providers - very few who have likely ever BEEN to NYC, much less ever LIVED or WORKED there - advice on relocating to NYC. Either your deluded fantasies of being a gaijin pimp to JAV actresses have spun out of control, or you're a downright troll. I respectfully suggest you seek some serious professional help with your various and sundry issues here.

Are you looking for people to give you money to invest on their behalf?
Are you trying to attract women, because I'm pretty sure you are alienating more of them than you are attracting.
Just wondering, but it is painfully obvious that you don't have much experience in blogging, especially here. Open forum blogs on HX are like stepping into a mine field surrounded by snipers while artillery is raining down upon you.
I think you would have a better experience by sitting back and just reading blogs for a couple of weeks. Then venture out and begin posting comments on existing blogs for a month or so (so long as you stay on topic). Then, and only then, should you even consider walking into that mine field with a target on your back by creating your own blog.
In regards to your obvious resume - unless you look really good wearing a short dress, heels, and makeup, this is not the place to be phishing for compliments.
