How Do I Get Out of Quarantine?
There are 3 ways to get released from Quarantine.
1) You can purchase FXPoints in any amount. Doing this will release you instantly, granting you full access to the interactive features of this site, such as being able to send private messages and post blogs and classifieds that are visible to everyone. You will also receive FXPoints that you can use to activate special powers like making your classifieds stay at the top of the page and search results.
2) You can participate in a limited fashion for awhile. Eventually, other members of the community with voting rights might be willing to vote to let you out. But you won't have FXPoints to spend unless somebody gives them to you.
3) If you have a friend who is a normal unquarantined member already, and has FXPoints to spend, they can use their FXPoints to Liberate you from Quarantine instantly.

I dont thing option number 3 is still available (**please note I might be wrong so dont come for me) I tried doing that and it didn't let me. in the end he had to buy the point and I had someone from the side help. if option 3 is still available please explain

You should be able to let her out of quarantine and/or unlock mail for her. Try looking again.

I think you can do it with like 4,000 fx points... I was going to do it for my tattoo artist. BUt he ended up just buying the fx points himself.
