I always go to Binion’s steakhouse..... best view in Vegas..... although not sure of their Covid status now. Will be in Vegas in a couple weeks.

Believe it or not, the restaurant At the Top of the Stratosphere has a really top notch restaurant. I've been to Binions and had their steak and in my opinion the Strat is better. Plus you get a 360 view of the city. It's not new but it is really good. Going to Vegas this weekend and planning at least 1 dinner there.

Not new, but you might want to try the Golden Steer - a bit of "old vegas".
Outside is a dump, but damn good.
Better than Binion's (but without the freemont experience.
Better than Stratosphere, but without the view.
Did I say old school?
Bannana Fosters is always very cool.
