Love/fix yourself first.
Buy stocks and feed your 401K as often as possible.
Don't kid yourself about people. You can't fix them. Make sure you aren't falling for what you want someone to be.
Buy real estate as soon as you can. Keep upgrading or buying more.
Read. It's an awesome way to benefit from the experiences of other people.
Girls: Don't give your money to men. You end up broke and you've helped create a fuck-up parasite for life.

Just a few thoughts...

give yourself a chance to get lucky - own things that can appreciate and some that can do it wildly.
in the very beginning, once you see your money earn 10 or 20 thousand dollars, you will actually start to feel the weight being lifted off your shoulders. you will get the AH-HA moment. this is how it works

Personally I think people learn to communicate way too late. If people were taught to communicate at a younger age and really understood the power of it I think a lot of relationships in general would last a lot longer and you'd get a lot more respect from people. Also self worth, self value and self respect. Many times we come from households and environments that we're never taught how to love or be loved and we become a product of it.
