It's pretty blatant in a NC community.
Missing ballots, duplicates being delivered at least three times to the same people, "volunteers" picking up unsigned and incomplete ballots, and strangers stopping by people's homes and telling them how to vote and that the ballot was wrong.
I'm not saying who it favored, just that it is there, and its blatant.
