Yes, out them. New people can't set up an FXP album and the workaround is to ask for FXP for a private album and whitelist people. It's common. Maybe she hasn't logged on for awhile or has a legit excuse, IDK.
If she doesn't whitelist you, she's a thief and people ought to know about it. If she has a legit reason, she can post what it is.

I think both ideas could have been posted in one. Before writing, Ashlynn, take a deep breath and gather your thoughts. In the past I've even written an outline for my blog post if I had a lot to say. The tone of both of your posts is dismissive and quite sarcastic. It reads better if it's all in one post.

Wow,
I made a rookie question in a blog. and got shit for it.
I didnt rat them out in case there was a good reason for it.
I have been part of the community a while even though I dont have a big network yet. This isnt the only site I use to meet providers.
But some of you people just showed me why I do not interact with the community.
I figured it was a lesson learned but was curious if I should warn others because no matter what any of you think, ripping people off for any reason is not cool.
and the blog responses here just became another lesson for me.

So I talked to someone more experienced with HX than myself.
They told me this is something called a points scam and that I should post who it was to warn others.
This account doesn't even have PM privileges or recent ratings.

Happened to me too (same provider justcurious66 spoke of) and I'm not a newbie. Sent several PM's asking about it without any response.
It's only $4 but a little irritating when you send FX points in good faith.
