Plant-based eating is alkaline and flesh/dairy is acidic.
This matters to folks who yearn cellular regeneration with their reproductive area, like the prostate gland or ovaries.
The more alkaline you eat, the higer vibration habits you have as well. The more acidic foods you consume, u may also crave for other acidic items like drinking and smoking.
So maybe eating less acidic and doing little by little changes can be a good start to working a happy medium!? And the benefits: Less acid reflux, gout, MS symptoms and inflammation in general.
Just a thought on how to feel better and have more energy!
