Can somebody PM me if they’re a realtor?
I’ve been in Irvine for about four years and I moved in during Covid and it was like it started out at 21 some thing and 21 and some change and then it’s 7 to 2369 which wasn’t bad but with utilities and everything each month they come to 28 almost 2900 well, I got a notice on my door to renew my lease and because a month month I didn’t renew it because I thought I was gonna move out by then. And now it increased by 3132. That means I won’t be paying $3700. I’m not doing that they only gave me 30 day notice which I’m supposed to get more than that but that’s not the problem. The problem is is that my credit is not the best even though I’m paying 16.9% on an Audi that is only supposed to be 500 and I’m paying 800 but hey it’s all good you know it’s all good and not just that I mean I can’t even get a $300 credit card let’s just be honest and I have nothing on my credit because I don’t I’m not even able to get anything so I need somebody to help me out and if there’s anything that you could do to help me out I do have I mean I will obviously wouldn’t wanna get you in trouble but now days they have this is the system when you move an apartment where they can scan it and it’s pretty much where it it shows where it I mean I know my bank statements will show that I make over 80 grand that is that I do not have to change right so I can use my 1040s but the thing is I only did two honest ones and they want three And Basically I just I was freelancer and I did hair because I used to do hair so my problem that I’m running into is that is that I have no idea what to do about that and if there’s a software system because now they want you to make three times the rent which is over 90 grand an in and I’m sure my bank statements cause I got two accounts I’m sure I made about around eight-ish but the thing is I don’t have any and I can say I’m a freelancer but I but then I mean that is is this is Chris it’s complicated because they want the 1040s but I do have to like alter the 1040s because I was they want money back so therefore I’m just gonna keep it at that so anyways so of course stuffs being altered I just need somebody that can help me do you if you can PM me I don’t wanna get you in trouble but I’m responsible I pay my rent on time All right like I said I am not a flaky person. I need a home and I need a stable home or else I cannot function I’m too old to be doing this. This is not breaking down type stuff so please contact me. Thank you very much.

I love my yorkie but is there vets out there who can help me Bc I want know so I can come with all the money before hand she’s worth anything I have. Please not asking for freebies just need help !!
