Radio disk jockeys pull this song out of nowhere and play it in heavy rotation
KIIS 102.7 is playing SG Lewis's "Back of My Mind" in heavy rotation. Radio disk jockeys around the world are going crazy for this song. It has only been out for three weeks.
SG Lewis is a British electronic dance music producer.
The interesting thing is that "Back of My Mind" has not yet landed on any American or British chart. That's not stopping radio disk jockeys from playing the shit out of it. People who listen to pop music for a living pulled this song out of nowhere and are going crazy over it.
Expect "Back of My Mind" to be the biggest song of the summer.

Summer 2025, Blessings, Calvin Harris with Clementine Douglas on vocals
Every year in the month of May Calvin Harris releases his song for the summer. This year's song is called "Blessings", which has already hit number seven on the British chart.
In an interview he said that he had the music but was messing up the vocals. What should he do? He reached out to Clementine Douglas, the reigning queen of dance music vocals. Clementine, who is also a producer, sent back a perfect vocal track. Calvin laid her vocal track on top his music track without editing it.
Exactly ten years ago Calvin Harris was Taylor Swift's boyfriend.

Lorde, Lorde, Lorde, What Was That?
Lorde has a new album out. I love her new song, "What Was That?" It's stuck in my head. It is in the British Top 40 chart and will arrive in the American Top 40 soon.
I played the video on YouTube. The first thing that came to my mind is that Lorde is not as good-looking as she thinks that she is. She's not a pretty girl. Do we really need to see her in a bikini? She doesn't have a face, and she doesn't have a body. But she shoves what she's got in our face anyway.
The link below shows that New Zealand men were savages about the whole thing. They were having none of it. The cover of album shows water dripping off of her wet face. Of course the men said that it was cum.

The Truman (CVN 75) needs seatbelts
An F-16 ended up in the water off of the coast of Yemen. It wasn't that a pilot crashed the F-16 into the water. The F-16 was flung into the water.
During an emergency action the Truman had to make a hard left turn to avoid getting hit by a drone flown by the camel-jockeys-cum-drone-pilots of Yemen.
In a case of bad timing sailors were using the elevator to bring the F-16 from the lower deck to the flight deck. The centrifugal force of the turn flung the F-16 into the water. At that moment there was one sailor driving the tow truck and one sailor standing on the F-16. Both sailors managed to dive to safety before the tow truck and F-16 went into the drink.
Does anyone know what it's like to make a hard turn at full speed in an aircraft carrier? A few cans of beans may have ended up on the floor.

US State Department bans sex for employees stationed in China.
The US State Department has issued a ban on employees stationed in China from having sex or relationships with the locals. They are worried about spies.
Back in 1987 there was an incident at the embassy in Moscow. Typical. All it takes is one marine to ruin it for everybody.
The article says that employees currently dating Chinese citizens must apply to the embassy for an exemption. If their application is rejected, they have to break up with the Chinese citizen.
Maybe we should be afraid of Chinese spies too. Maybe there should be a rule on HX that Chinese spies need to say so in their profile. They need to include this statement: "I am a Chinese spy." While we're at it, we should make the North Koreans do the same thing. "I am a North Korean spy," should be in their profile.

What is that song that's stuck in my head?
Two weeks ago this song was at number 36. Last week this song was at number 28. Make no mistake. This song is going straight to number 1 within the next four weeks.
It sounded to me like something that had been sitting on the shelf for years and then shopped around within the music industry. It turns out that my thoughts were not too far off. It was Raye's song from years ago that had never been released by her label, Polydor. Lisa's label bought the rights from Polydor. Lisa did a fresh version of the song with Raye and Doja Cat.
Who is Raye? Raye is a British singer who was big in the last decade. She is making a comeback.

Doechii's song "Denial is a River" is No. 39 in this week's Top 40 chart.
This song is so whack that you can barely play it on the radio. Half of the song has to be censored.
