Anyone else building their own home gym
With the 24 hour gyms closing, their selling most of their equipment for pennies on the dollar. Yes, I grabbed a few items. It’s sad 😞 to see these places crumble.
Even my souplantion is gone!!!!!
Are your favorite places still up and running?

Swimming pools
Anyone have one for rent! LOL
My gym won’t let me use the pool unless I pay for a swim trainer.
I found a swimming platform like air bnb. So cool! But all booked.

Lots of folks moving out of state
To Washington, Montana, Iowa and Arizona mostly. And maybe Texas too.
What state were you thinking of moving to?
I’m such a Cali girl, it would be hard for me to leave. Our weather is pretty perfect. I would rather just travel.
In South Dakota they may pass a NO MASK required.

I didn't pass 3 times
Ugh, I'm so embarrassed to share but maybe someone out there has a better way to practice for the real estate brokers exam.
Actually...after thinking about, I may just be a realtor. What's your thoughts guys?

If anyone knows a better prep program than Mike Russ, let me know. I was able to pass by insurance exam with MR though. But the insurance industry is just too boring for me! No creativity involved.
NO, I'm not selling anything. Not a thrAD! I'm just here twittling my fingers on how to pivot my finances and poof, all of a sudden I have this urge to wanna sell houses here on the Coast. LOL!!
My background is interior design, home staging and renting out furniture. Trying to figure out a more stable position.

Last blog maybe. Important message from my heart
It said on my phone "network deleted". For a split second I thought the internet went down worldwide. 😳 Or maybe HX closed down FOREVER. I was so sad. But 5 seconds later I'm here. Lol
Well just incase the internet goes down, I just want to tell everyone that I am so appreciative for the connections I have made here.
I know I'm sounding dramatic, but after I saw the empty grocery stores, It hit me that all this CV news may create even more fear, who knows what can happen, right?
Ok-ok... I'm so nervous. It's like a twilight zone. People pushing around in Costco like we have to hurry before something BIG is gonna happen.
I was so "what's up doc" 🥕🥕🥕 calm, yesterday. But today, I'm anxious about the unknown. I'm gonna hide in my little ranch home in Temecula w my dogs and just meditate all night and eat pizza. I'll come back tomorrow maybe.
Thanks again my friends. With all the support I've had here, I was able to rescue hundreds of little animals and rehome them. GOD bless u my sweet Angel friends. I know I'm speaking like a crazy person. 🤪 and nothing may even happen. But just incase... I'd like my last blog to be about how much I love u all. And to the HX staff: u guys have helped many lives. 😇
May u all make every moment something so special that u can take beyond this life.
