OMG ~ Did i hit the age where a cold will knock my socks off
Okay, who else got absolutely wrecked by whatever’s been going around lately? I was down for almost 2.5 weeks—like, full system shutdown. My doc says it’s hitting folks hard too, with recovery dragging 2 to 3 weeks.
Finally poked my head up and had that humbling moment of 'oh... I’m not invincible anymore.'
If you’ve been through it too, sending you a little solidarity and a lot of ginger tea. We’re still hot, just slightly more mortal.
