Why do you need a lawyer? Submit your claim through your insurance and let them worry about getting your car repaired or replaced first.

It looks like we need an ambulance chaser.

Or go directly to his insurance carrier, hopefully you were able to get witnesses phone numbers. Otherwise it will be a he said she said.

Were you and the impaired person injured? If not, then insurance should help.

Typically if it’s just a property damage only case an attorney is not gonna touch it, there’s just not enough money in it for them.
Amazon delivery vans are generally equipped with multiple cameras that should have caught the accident. Other commenters are totally correct, you can contact your insurance company and file a claim and they will in turn contact Amazon.

+1 on what SmartK said.
The cameras cut both ways, just like body cams on Cops - probably reduces made up shit accusing an Amazon driver of stuff but with the cameras no case.
In your case use their camera footage against them.
With that said, I don't know how long that kind of footage is kept - if you are going to do something, file soon & request the footage to be stored pending suit.
