I think rating everyone 2 seconds or rating everyone the same thing, affects your compliance.

Compliance refers to your ability to be conservative in your ratings and your understanding of TOS.
Don’t try to game the questionnaire when answering. Just answers the questions truthfully and you’ll be ok.
2 second rating basically asks two questions: is this person you are rating safe and do you like this person. That is it. It generates two types of rating categories: safety and karma.
2 minute ratings are much more complex and have a lot more questions. Those can possibly generate ratings for all 5 categories or possibly less. Just depends on how you honestly answer the questions.
All anyone needs to know of a rating is really the 2 second rating. And even then, all they need to know is safety because not everyone will get along with everyone else.
But to go up in level, you really need ratings of all 5 categories meaning the two minute questionnaire.

Got a question about level. I am level 3, my overall rating is level 3, but all other ratings are 4. Why isn't my overall rating 4? I know it's not that important, but I'm curious.

think of it like youre at like 3.78 or something
youre probably only a few ratings away

^ LMA makes MORE than ratings go up.

If I'm not mistaken. your compliance ratng wil also be lowered if there's a large imbalance between the NUMBER of ratings you give and you receive.
But, of course, I could be wrong.
