I believe these are typically for people bed ridden. My family and I used these for my grandpa during his final months to prevent bed sores.

A company called Liberator sells them with "use for better sex" advertising. I've found they can be helpful maintaining a good angle during doggie. And probably a few other angles/positions.

I've had purple Liberator sex furniture for 15 years as some of you know.
Liberator (www.liberator.com) is a company in suburban Atlanta that makes and sells this soft furniture especially for sex. It's fun! It works.
I used to joke that every couple that get's a marriage license should get a complimentary Wedge to explore each other on.
It's not cheap, but it is very well made. The covers are removable and machine washable. I imagine you could find some around used.
