BeBunny I think Mattress is the wrong usage. Should be searching for furniture instead. I was recently looking, curious after tired of beds being too high, hitting shins, need a central narrow piece to get the job done. And yes there are furniture for specific joyous activities. Forget bunk beds.

This mattress talk reminded me of a provider I seen recently. She hosts out of a condo and her mattress was literally like 4ft tall. I'm 5'9" and felt like I had to climb up. Is there a sexual reason for this? I cant imagine this being ideal for someone who is 5'-2".

This is one area that I have a definite opinion.
Never buy a pure memory foam mattress. I returned a mattress that made me feel like I was stuck in it.
You need springs to have sufficient movement to keep going in a nice rhythm. I ended up buying a hybrid Tempur Pedic that has both springs and memory foam and it works great. But any springy mattress works well for sex.

Nope. Murphy bed is NOT ideal for regular sex activity unless you like the feeling of something getting ready to break or something unexpectedly falling on your head. But I'm sure if I had one I could modify it to make it work.
I too have a hybrid type of bed and love it. Checks all the boxes and is great for slow passionate sex to crazy over-the-top let's wake the neighbors or hotel guests kind of sex.
