I stayed at the Waterfront Hilton by myself last night and kept things really simple. I stopped at Cabo first for food and a drink, nothing fancy but the place had a good vibe and the food hit just right. Later I went back to the hotel with a pina colada a green tea shot and some nachos and headed straight for the jacuzzi. The sunset from the pool area looked clean and the whole place felt calm and easy. The jacuzzi at sunset was the best part. Warm water cool air and a quiet space mostly to myself. It felt good to just lean back and take everything in without any noise or pressure. Being there alone made it feel even better since I could relax the way I wanted and enjoy the moment without rushing. This morning I went back to the jacuzzi around 7 am and the peaceful vibe was the same. I had breakfast by the pool after acai bowl and eggs while the ocean sat right in front of me. My room had a clear view of the pier and the water and waking up to that made the whole stay feel fresh and simple. It was an easy quiet little getaway and I would go again.
