I have mentioned it before, but it bears repeating. Anyone you are considering entering into a partnership with should be vetted and screened as much (or more) than any potential clients.
This means- Check "Blogs About" and "Blogs By" buttons on their profile.
- Look at their network
- If they have any red marks contact people to find out what happened and decide if it's credible and a deal breaker
- Contact people in their network who are also in your network. Ask their thoughts on the person and if they think you works make a good team
- Contact people who rated them recently to get a vibe check
- Check their outbound network to see if they return ratings, have a history of handing out a lot of red ratings, etc.
- If they have limited HX network, see if they have a presence on other sites and what their reputation is

One thing I would add: are you sincerely bi...as most every man I have met who likes doubles is very disappointed that this does not take place in a scene...we're visual...we like to watch as well as participate.
