I always inevitably, without question, break even in my life. It took me a while to figure it out, but knowing that this threads through even the most mundane aspects, I just ride the wave with each high and low knowing that I will be okay. Okey is good.

This always happens...when I'm running late, I get stuck behind the slowest driver possible and every single traffic light has itnoIt for me, and turns red right as I approach it.

@Cougar95 this is one of the worst ones of my patterns. The anxiety I have now over picking a line feels absurd. I think it coincides with my general anxiety over time but I do not know what I did to someone in another life to deserve this kinda karma lol I hate it

Picking a line is to be observant of how full the carts are in front, and whether or not there atm works. Sounds like it's deeper than that. One you could meet the right people, and the anxiety vanish then finding you're laughing it yourself. At that point one will know it's gone.
As for the Freeways and lines, I've learned to stay Out of the fast lane. Why, because it always stops first and where the most rear end accidents happen. Also if a lane ends, be in that lane until it ends, cause those in front have to make room for those getting on, and at that point you are now going backwards.
As for traffic lights most are on timers. And let your sixth sense feel it's time. I know a lot of places in Anaheim / OC the speed limit is set 35-40 and you have to go 50 to make the green. Now they have you set up for a ticket. And after 50+ years they are still set up like that.
