Over my years here on hx , I've never seen any of these situations turn out well.
Always turns into .. someone has bugs, or doesn't pay rent, splits, or refuses to leave.

If it does turn badly, please don't bring it up as a safety issue here or anywhere.
What you do outside of this community is yours to deal with. All of those things that could go wrong are commonplace occurrences to be dealt with outside of this community, whatever happens.
It's like advertising for roommates on Craigslist (if there is such a section). It's a platform for reaching out to others who are similarly situated. Once you've found roommates, it's up to all involved to follow the agreed arrangement. If one or all don't you can't go back on Craigslist to complain about who contacted you and what a bad roommate they turned out to be.
Please don't do that here. (Although it does make for entertaining material - get the popcorn!).

Best of luck to you, a bit of unsolicited advice..... from my years as a landlord:
Run a credit report.
Verify references.
MUST have a written contract.
This advice is worth what you paid.

@Remo,
I doubt that the OP is interested in becoming a landlord. She seems to be most interested in (I am relieving my young adult days) a group house. But, she may be interested in renting from you as long as you realize she will not be your boyfriend. lol
