These late night contacts are usually after they have been partying and drinking. That is why I simply won't see a new client after 10p unless they have booked already (when sober) or send a deposit. Even then I re-confirm with them 2 hrs ahead of time and again 1 hour ahead of time. If I can detect that they are inebriated through their texting I may then ask for a deposit if I haven;\'t already.
I think the main problem is that the client gets excited about the upcoming session and rubs himself off and then finds an excuse to cancel the appointment. Those that are inebriated are way more prone to not be able to control themselves.
I also believe that behavior like this does not warrant a negative safety rating as nothing physically or threatening happened. Posting here is certainly justified so other girls that who do the due diligence can benefit from the information. Those that do not perform due diligence will just have to learn from their mistakes.
My personal experience is that guys who book more than 24 hours or more ahead of time are the mostly likely to cancel the appointment for a myriad of lame excuses, or even just ghost you.
Having said that, these types of problems are a natural byproduct of the biz so we just need to suck it up and soldier on! Live and learn! (OMG - I probably agree with TheMatrix again!)
OP: So what changes are you going to make in your screening and operating procedures to prevent this from happening again?

Once he confirmed he should have paid, since you were already there its no big deal to give payment while he was leaving for "work". Probably yea like someone said above, he had a man's hand yank a good one for him. Then post clarity occurs.
My hiccups on meet ups, does happen.
I've had it where I was late by like 20 minutes and it was close to 12:30am, we were new to each other. I was severely loss and still texting back and forth driving around, she's giving me descriptions, which would match where gps took me. Across from gas station hotel. Found out the address she sent me had an extra zero on a multi zero address number.Hard to spot that extra zero, which took me across town and a to similar area. She later told me she thought I was lying, but once we met she knew I wasn't lying. I never thought guys lying was a possibility. We became regulars until she retired and we'd laugh at the clumsiness.
I've did a round trip 2 hour drive there was a no show. I just gave her benefit of the doubt and she made it up to me.
Another, I waited an hour in the car at the motel, past our schedule time. I've been wanting to see her for several years, she was never near by. And it was worth the wait.
Tastyluv you have great writing story telling skills . Makes me think the ladies need to compile stories into a book series. It be fun to read

Ingrid, there is a good chance they are also stupid.
There are billions of people on this planet. A large percentage of them are below average. And a lot of average people are pretty fucking stupid. So if that’s our bar, and we add alcohol into the mix, we’ve got a lot to worry about.

That’s a total disrespect move by that dude. Most of the time in this community we are working on the honesty rule. Actions like these cut into that pact. Please man up, guys.
Only once have I had to cancel because heavy traffic encroaching on the schedule. That was an extreme case. Other times, I had scheduled a visit but then life calls, an emergency or work, but still make it to fulfill the appointment. I may not stay the full time but I pay in full. Business is business.

In any day of the week, at 2:00 AM in the morning, the only thing I'm thinking is...man, four more hours of sleep before I wake up for work on Monday morning. Gladly, I don't work weekends.
@Marisa_G makes a great analysis on who makes appointments so late in the evening, and those are the few, the proud, and the DRUNKS.

@ColussesJones you just never know theres all different kinds of people in this place from all walks of life. Could just be a someone who is done partying or someone who can't sleep. Or they could work a warehouse job where they get off at like 1 am

That sucks. I’ve been in the same boat after driving to see someone. I’ve also had to cancel because one time my car’s fan belt decided to break before heading over.
Times may be tough but be grateful you’re still safe. A text at 2am asking for an outcall appointment may not be worth it. Maybe next time ask for a deposit in case this happens again.
$15 for all your time and trouble is crap.

I used to see this mf ! He was cool at first , but he started getting hella creepy and 1 night he didn’t “ get his way “ he pulled this stunt. First time I tried to reason because things DO happen sometimes .. but twice ? Oh no I told him I was over it . I kindly asked him not to contact me anymore, but he would text from different numbers BEGGING like mf Keith Sweat to see me ( ALWAYS AN ODD HOUR !!! ) It got to the point where I had to threaten with authorities ! SMH Haven’t heard from his ass I’m a while . 👌🏽

I jumped on the bandwagon about the dog thing, I still think that was messed up!
But, after while...I came to realize that he seems to be intoxicated, a lot. If I had to make an educated guess, this would be the cause of his problems.
On two separate occasions he called me repeatedly, like you back to back. I asked him what the deal was and there wasn't much of a response. He has been blocked since 9/24.
I typically do not stay up late, so any thing after 1030 pm is late for me. I understand that's not the case for everyone. I'm just a fuddy duddy.
So yea.. he is a real one.. a real pain in the butt.
