Thank you girl, it hurts sooo bad
The other method that was being tested is another tattoo procedure except its with a solution that breaks down the ink and you only have to get it done once. It may be something that's available in other countries, but its been awhile since I've keep my eye on their progress to know if it is.

A gf of mine does cosmetic make up and she offers removal services.
From what I understand it is an injection and hurts like hell. I am not sure if it's because of the area or what.
She works out of a plastic surgeons office and because they are a medical office they can offer better pain relief, both topical and gas... I believe.
It is not cheap and her office does not offer anything other than cosmetic removal.. but you may look around in other MED spas or Surgery centers.
hope this helps.

There is a new technology called Jett Plasma. It's not like anything else that's out there. It's called then 4th stste of matter. Basically it's lightening and has half the healing time of laser. I have a DC machine now. They sell for $27K so it isn't cheap technology. I hve an AC unit coming that's stronger and uses Argon or Helium gas to produce the plasma. Ideally I would use the DC machine first and see if it's strong enough. If not I would use the AC with Argon gas.
I became involved with these for dermatological uses like moles, cysts and pigmentation uses also skin sculpturing like puffy lips and stretch marks and also opthalmological uses like KCS and entropion. I got certified so I would know how to detail them to sell them to specialists. There are a number of women here on HX that have had some of the treatments but have asked me not to reveal who it is. In the US they are not well known yet, in Europe they are. They are used mostly for sagging skin and non surgical lifts (face etc ).
Contact me if you have any interest or questions.

I don't have any tattoos...at least not yet. If what I'm reading is true, and getting a tattoo removed hurts more than getting a tattoo in the first place why can't you just go over the tattoos in a flesh color? At the very least it will somewhat cover dark tattoos. Right?

I certainly hope Dahlia has no intention of removing any of her tattoos. I've had the considerable pleasure of viewing them in person and they are absolutely stunning. The skull on her chest is gorgeous. Kudos to her artist!

How were Pete Davidson’s tattoos removed?

Mark Wahlberg's tattoo removal, his painful experience and motivations were widely covered in the media, including video interviews on other platforms. Wahlberg publicly discussed the process, which took several years and was more painful than getting the tattoos initially.
Key details from Wahlberg's tattoo removal experience:
Motivation: Wahlberg decided to remove his tattoos for both personal and professional reasons. Professionally, covering the tattoos with makeup for his movie roles was "a pain in the butt". On a personal level, he wanted to set an example for his children and discourage them from getting their own ink. The "hot bacon grease" analogy: He has described the laser removal as feeling "like hot bacon grease getting flicked on you over and over".
Bringing his yungins along: To drive the point home, Wahlberg took his offspring to some of his laser sessions so they could witness how painful the process was.
The timeline: The removal process took him roughly five years, with monthly laser sessions.
The last tattoo: The last tattoo he had removed was his wife's name on his ring finger. He shared this story during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live

You really gotta keep in mind when getting tatted that its gonna stay on you for life. Personally I dont think I'll ever consider tattoo removal. I will live with my decisions and instead of removing the tat I suggest just getting a really cool coverup instead.

This will be an unpopular opinion but I think over 90% of the women’s tattoos I have seen detract from their beauty and 1 or 2% enhance beauty.
Most of the time when I’m attracted to a woman who has tattoos it’s in spite of the ink, not because of it.
Don’t hate me for my honest opinion.

Thank you so much for everyone’s input and suggestions 🩷
The tattoos that I want to remove are just in areas I would like to see clean skin again. So for me covering them up would defeat the purpose and force an even larger and darker piece in those areas. I do remember being told many years ago that everything ages and yes the tattoos have, but even more so have my preferences and I agree they can be distracting, so I would like to have a clean canvas.

Years ago I Took my Gf at the time to a place in Pasadena for tat removal and she cried all the way there (She Knew what was coming) and she cried all the way home...I'm a witness that it hurts like hell..and it took a bunch of visits...So new technology would be the way to go...

What’s in it for me?

First I will say whatever a guy or gal chooses to put (or not put) on their body is 100% their choice.
I’m a “get off my lawn” old guy, but I just don’t get the appeal of tattoos on women.
I have notes on so many my HX ladies profiles that include something like “Way too many big, ugly tats; pass”

I get it. Tattoos are permanent. Almost nobody will spend the time to endure the pain and expense of tattoo removal.
But for anyone thinking about getting their first tattoo or getting more tattoos, it limits your appeal. In this business you probably want as broad appeal as possible. Almost nobody decides not to meet a lady because she doesn’t have any tattoos or because she doesn’t have enough of them. I suspect quite a few guys choose not to see someone because she has tattoos or has too many of them.
I don’t think I need to point out that tattoos can be a drawback outside this business too.
Your body, your choice. Just be aware of how that choice affects you before you do something that is virtually permanent.

I don't have any tattoos. but do find well done sleeves, and tasteful tattoos on a girl attractive. It's your body; your choice. My only suggestion is that you don't get any on your face. Also be aware that in some situations, it would not be viewed as acceptable, so be able to cover them up with a long sleeve shirt, etc.
Also in Japan, the majority of onsens will not allow anyone in with tattoos. A friend of my in looking to remove her tattoos so that she can go to an onsen again.

As a former drunken Marine on leave, I still don't have any tattoos. Ink won't stop me from seeing a woman--one of my ATFs had some very artistic work--but I prefer natural skin.
Not that it matters anymore. At 81 my next good experience will probably kill me. "He died doing what he loves."
