I have notes on him that says: Vulgar don’t see. If I remember correctly I didn’t like the way he was talking to me thru pm. He was disgusting and rude. I nicely asked him to refrain from speaking that way and to have respect and he called me vulgar names. So I second that notion. Ladies be careful.

Stevesmiles has a history odd behavior on HX since 2020. Maybe a car accident damaged his brain. Maybe he built a level 2 network so he could later insult and berate working ladies. I attached a PM from him I received in 2020.

I get your sentiment but compared to most of these platforms HX is probably less censorship. The 1st amendment is the legal definition of free speech but free speech is still protected.
If you go out and physically assault someone over there opinions (free speech) you will find yourself in a jail cell. That is what I mean when I say free speech is protected.

There are 5 major NoNo's . I am not sure if everyone knows them but they are non negotiable and are posted around the site especially in clubs
The rest are unspoken rules such as what's allowed to be said or shown in the main blogs as well as through out the site
I absolutely believe in free speech, but that doesn't apply here

A few relevant comments for those of you still following along:- June, as usual, is correct. There are community guidelines that limit speech on HX. For instance
- When people post photos or blogs that violate certain standards, those photos and comments may get deleted. If they continue to break rules, their accounts my be restricted or removed from HX.
- People who habitually break rules may eventually find that every new account they create gets removed.
There is a lot of confusion about "Free Speech" and the first amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. In short, The First Amendment of the US Constitution protects five fundamental freedoms from government interference: religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. It does not apply to how private companies like HX deal with their vendors, clients and customers. As long as the site does not discriminate in the way they apply rules and regulations, they can limit your speech, delete your photos, restrict your profile, or kill your account any time they feel like it. Thankfully they leave a lot of moderation up to the community, so in most cases it takes several hundred people to all agree that you broke the rules and vote to remove you. - When a booker who controls a bunch of profiles uses them to retaliate against people they don't like by issuing dangerous network ratings, the community may vote to eliminate those accounts for abuse.
- OP confirmed to me that she misspoke above. She thought she had blocked Stevesmiles from sending her PMs but she was still receiving them from his account. She was mistaken and had not actually blocked him. She has now correctly blocked him, so that issue should be resolved.

The public education system clearly has failed some people. Having the "ability" or "capacity" to say what you want as opposed to enacting consequences for an action are two totally separate things in the context of free speech.

Just to be clear, freedom of speech limits or protects from government censorship, but does not apply to private moderation. Sure, you can what you want on this or any blog, but it is not covered under constitutional freedom of speech and you may be kicked off this site for any reason at all or the message may be deleted by the site moderators. You don’t have the constitutional protection of freedom of speech on this private site.

In that example you would be going to jail for assault. So called free speech has nothing to do with it

This is a good reason checking levels and networks is only the beginning of screening.
Please use the buttons on every profile to read someone’s blogs and even more importantly the blogs about them. Joining the appropriate clubs will increase your access to this critical information.
Always make notes about people you would rather avoid. You will regret trying to rely on memory alone. There is a place for those notes on every profile.

I have experience with this guy. I think he just gets off on talking about it. Every time I am in OC he contacts me and asks the same question, "Can I COF?" I usually tell him that I would consider it if he was the last appointment of the day as it would ruin my makeup. And yet, he never followed through on it. All show and no go! Probably shoots the DM and masturbates while looking at my pics and waiting for a reply! I don't even reply to his DM's anymore. Just a minor annoyance! And given the nature of the biz, I don't really see his request as being rude - I think it is more rude that he always talks about it but never follows through - now THAT is rude!
