Yeah idk what it gets a bad rap nowadays. I used to live in Laguna Beach and people there would say oh Huntington Beach is trashy, Huntington Beach is ghetto blah blah blah. Anyways I moved and I pretty much just been to beaches from Laguna down to Doheny state beach for most of the tine. Central coast too sometimes .Anyways Huntington was actually super chill and everyone was so nice too! Idk if the scene looks different on the weekends, it probably does but I really enjoyed my time there

Nah, there are some more ghetto parts of OC but not HB. HB has some vestiges of white trash but overall it’s a nice middle to upper middle class area.

The white supremacists that were marching down Main Street the other day in the wake of the Charlie Kirk shooting seemed like nice guys.

HB is a huge city. Nearly 200,000 residents.
As Rug said, it’s mostly middle to upper middle class now, but there are pockets of trash that linger.
It’s actually 50/50 liberal and conservative, but the conservatives are very vocal and crazy MAGA.
There are card-holding white supremacists (neo-Nazis and KKK) that tarnish the image of the city. The City Council is MAGA trash and is embarrassing.
It’s still a great town. Generally very safe. Surfing culture is huge. It’s one of the most fit cities in Southern California.
Pacific City and Bella Terra, and the hotels on PCH, have elevated the area.
The nicer areas are Downtown/pier and Huntington Harbor.

Yep. Bella Terra definitely is a good thing.
