My first guess would be she has a plastic allergy.
My second guess would be a wheat allergy.
My third guess would be a flea allergy.

Pitbulls are known to be sensitive to everything. Try changing her diet to see if that has an impact. She’s a puppy so make sure you’re sticking to puppy food

Boiled chicken and rice add some yogurt too.
Does she have all her shots?
People make the mistake of exposing their puppies to the world without immunizations, if they are exposed to other dogs poop they can get very sick.
If she's itching , a bath always helps, oatmeal scrubs and coconut oil helps.
Good luck

Most likely allergies. My dog liked it's paws and had pickishly red skin. I bought a pro-biotic for dogs. It helped, worst cast you may have to take it to the vet and they will give it an injection or meds for the allergy.
