Le Creuset dutch ovens. They are expensive but will last a lifetime. My only regret is not buying them sooner. They also have a line of stainless steel pots - 1Qt, 2Qt that's outstanding too.

I used to prefer cooking with gas until I learned about the health hazards. Now I’m going to induction electric. Cancer sucks.

I said I’m switching to electric. You can do whatever you want.
I had cancer a couple of years ago so I know it sucks. It cost me in several different ways. It looks like I’m past it but I never want to go through that again.
If booze and gas stoves are more important to you than your health, knock yourself out.
