Does it also move it to the top of the list?
If you post in the central coast (6 counties) you do not need to do anything since you will be at the top (the bottom of the page is 3 years old).
If you are in the OC then it might be a good idea since your ad might be at the bottom of the first [age or even on the 2nd page because there are so many ladies posting. I do not know the rules of posting but it seems that the newest ads are towards the top. It may or may not cost to refresh the ad to get it moved up.
