Sometime ago I was in Maui on vacation with my then girlfriend. We decided to take our adult beverages to one of the hotel’s large jacuzzi/spas.
We found it occupied by six sets of young couples. We settled in enjoying the company while the heat of the spa and alcohol broke barriers. Soon we found that the 6 young couples sitting with us were all recently married and on their honeymoons. All going on about how great their everlasting love is gonna be. It was very inspiring and filled with hope.
Then it came to our turn to relay our story. I said this:
“OH WE’RE MARRIED……JUST NOT TO EACH OTHER!! WE’RE HERE TO HAVE FUN!!!
15 minutes later we had the spa to ourselves. True story.
