ALL ABOUT DUBS

Honestly I'm such an exhibitionist that I just end up making videos and turning them into gifs or sharing them in a club I'm in here LOL
But I've got 2 issues - I'm being lazy about developing my website...
And the second is high risk payment processing.
Normal payment processors won't work with someone producing that kind of content.. so you have to use a "high risk" payment processor that is willing to accept things like a large # of charge backs or the possibility of such (they don't know how our community would light someone up for that for example, thus lowering the risk at least within the community) and the initial costs of doing such are usually pretty high.
So it's a matter of weighing do I want to pay however much in initial fees + a higher % to the processor? And what will my traffic look like/be worth the hassle?
I suspect if I were able to utilize the payment processor to share content + accept deposits it would make it worth doing.
BUT there are tax implications that i would also need to consider because if I am accepting deposits, and selling content I do believe a thorough audit would leave me fucked if I am taking say, 10% deposits through the site and my books at the end of the year don't reflect the other 90% accurately but that's just a guess and I'm sure a good CPA could navigate.
Personally if I knew a good web developer, it would be a passion project for me to create a content "sharing" (selling. Whatever) website that mirrored something like OF but did nothing but pass along the costs of maintaining the website/distributing the funds to the providers & the high risk payment processing fees + 5-10% and having the site act as a non-profit of sorts.
Basically anything not used to maintain the site and pay the payment processor/maintain payroll for the creators would go into a fund that paid for lobbying that advocates for the legalization, taxation and regulation of all SW, along with a legal fund to pay for representation for SW who find themselves facing criminal charges simply for participating in what amounts to a consensual exchange between adults.
I digress as that's just a fantasy.
But either way I'd rather share my gifs & vids here for free with yall than give OF a single fucking red cent of profit off my labor when they advocate for the criminalization of it while still benefiting from/exploiting SWers overall.
After all, we're all but the bourgeoisie or the proletariat... I sure know who OF is and they can kindly eat my ass.

I suggest both people entering into this kind of partnership do their homework. Screen the person as hard as you would any client. Check their network, contact people who rated them, check blogs about, etc.
Good luck and stay safe.

Randy is right. I love doing doubles but my favorites happen when a client recommends someone from his experience that would mesh well with my personality and style.
