And they tear up perfectly good freeways to put in incredibly expensive "Lexus Lanes." Wonder who's pocket all that toll money is going into. I guess hov lanes to save the planet take a back seat to money, as do all the 2 mile an hour cars in the po' folk lanes, spewing exhaust and burning energy.

And the 55 isn't going to be finished until next year. It was started before the 405 too.
