Yep. Business down across the board for most industries. Uncertainty is one factor. A weak job market is another. And a soft housing market is another.
People aren’t wanting to shell out a few hundred or more when that can buy some groceries or pay a bill.
And if you are dependent on sinking money to a room and taking on the risk that way, you can end up underwater.
I keep hearing this as the themes. Especially from the providers who post daily so the impression is that they will always be available so no urgency to see them today.
