congrats! consistency and discipline is key! ive learned from personal experience that its a personal journey - it got to me after doing a good lift session that when i went on tik tok or instagram and seeing all these guys bigger than me would kill me because i would second guess myself or say that i wasnt doing good enough or that everything ive done has been wrong.
but i was in fact wrong - everyones journey is personal and at their own pace. celebrate your own victories and trying a better version of yourself than you were before is what is best.

That was absolutely beautifully explained and written..you hit the nail on the head of that intrinsic emotional experience I go through with self doubt, comparison & body dysmorphia. Thank you for sharing and best of luck on your fitness journey!

Working out is one of those "I should do that" and never do 🥺
I even bought myself a nice yoga mat for encouragement, but it sits in the closet...

I miss the gym! I've been out for a minute since I tore my bicep tendon. I bet your legs are super strong

You look fantastic.
Living a fit lifestyle has helped me on multiple levels. It's not just the physical benefits. It helps me stay centered and focused, especially during life's many challenges.

You and June should REALLY be each other's workout buddies! Those who have gym buddies find it easier to be consistent and the gains are impressive as a result. I personally have had many throughout the years and have always benefited greatly. Aside from the physical benefits, it has done wonders for mitigating my stress. Very common. Well wishes to you both in your journey. Make it a life long one. You won't regret it.

@Iced - I think finding an excerise/activity you actually LIKE to do is a great start..it make working out feel like less work lol. & it's time to bust out that mat and break it IN!
@Devin - Thank you beautiful! You already look incredible!

@JD - omg, I hope you've been having a smooth and speedy recovery.. Did that injury happen while working out? I'm soooo afraid of pulling/tearing something. & I'm pushing 260 on leg extension lil strong lol..
Thank you Nicholas!!
@Sam - You absolutely hit the nail on the head! I found myself struggling with discipline, consistency and so many other things that the gym has helped me center in on and get it together. What do you prefer to do to stay active? Weight lifting? Cardio?

@June - PLEASE!!! 😍🥰 you have my dream body sooooooo let’s do it lol. & congrats on your new place!!! Getting started is always the hard part, I got you girly! We can do in-person & virtual workouts, you’re going to look unreal 🥹
@PT - it would be a dream, I have a huge girl crush on her. At 31, I’m glad I started to make it a daily habit because I agree..I don’t think I’ll regret it in the long run.

Surprisingly not at the gym, just tried to catch something that fell. Ended up rupturing my entire tendon. 260?! That's amazing
No gym and no more fun BDSM sessions lol
