lost items*

One time me and my SO left a couple of toys at a hotel one time when we were in Mexico. We had one last session in the morning and we realized we were running late for our flight so we just dumped everything in our suitcases.....or so we thought. š¤£
More PG stuff I've left are a pair of Jordans and all of my shavers (I have one for my scalp, one for my beard and one for down thereš).
But now I have a routine where I pack my stuff once I know I'm not gonna need it the rest of the trip so that way I won't forget it. So far, that has worked!

Once I left a girl showering after having some fun and forgot I had brought her there until she texted me asking where I'd gone.
We usually met at the room.
Oops!

Had a Lyft rider forget his wallet with 300 in it. By the time I found out I was home, some 60 miles away, UGH !!!. Numbers were exchanged called each other (Lyft asks for permission to do so) directly to assure him it's safe and I'll bring it the next day. Guy gave me 150 on to spot. Which I felt 40 would have been fair enough. Plus Lyft gives 20 for returned items.

I left my wife in San Francisco. At Mark Hopkins.
But I didn't leave my heart.
Damn, over twenty years ago. I wonder what the house I built looks like?
It cost a lot to be happy.

When i see a lady of thee day/night, i bring my door dash bag while wearing a door dash hat. Its a strat ive used for the past couple of yrs to alleviate suspicion.
Grabbed the hat upon me leaving. It wasnt until i went for another separate appointment that i noticed i forgot my bag. Its been days since that last one.
But luckily i had a red burlap bag that i use for groceries, so all was well when i used that. I would have felt naked traversing that lobby without my anti sus gear lol

The most embarrassing (because it was at a hotel I frequented) would definitely be toys left in the sink many years ago.
The most common for me has been shoes and phone charges. The shoes I've gotten back, phone charges I've never called about.
Saddest would be a Tiffany necklace that "no one found" it was a gift from someone that has passed away, so I was extremely upset over it and stopped wearing jewelry while traveling because of it.

Craziest thing that happened about leaving something behind in a hotel room.
I was visiting a 'friend' and we were doing a 2- hour visit. I had put a gift envelope on the counter. She was leaving the hotel after our 'meeting' and I helped her carry luggage to her car (we were regular friends).
Not sure why I thought about it, but I never saw her pick up the envelope. As I was helping her load her luggage, I asked about the envelope. She had a look of horror on her face, and raced back to the front desk to get a room key back. Fortunately, my friend was able to retrieve the envelope before the housekeeper started to clean the room, or she would have had the best tip in her life.....
