Biftekia with a yoghurt sauce pasta or butter chicken curry with homemade paneer for dinner...
Pedicure yesterday was so laborious, there was only one woman in the shop, which was empty by the way, I always wonder how nail salons stay in business when on average there's never any patrons when you walk in. Or there's only patrons when you walk in and you can't get serviced! And I'm not a nail girly, that is one DIY I will not be endeavoring on. Needless to say, what should've been a 45 minute excursion was stretched into three...
Anyone got a nail lady they want to uplift?
Or a dinner suggestion..? Leaning towards the Biftekia because I don't want my mint to go bad, but there's also a green bell pepper that's been begging me to turn it into a curry!
I'm torn. Help?

I love a good pedicure too—always feels like a little reset, even if the solo tech situation stretches it out way longer than planned.

Dinner-wise, it’s fun thinking through all the ways to use what you’ve got. That bell pepper would be great in a paneer curry or even a quick stir-fry with Indian spices. And if you go with the Biftekia, that mint would shine in the patties or blended into a yogurt sauce. You’ve got options!

Where did you learn to cook?

I never had paneer until I went to India two years ago and I absolutely love it. Even on pizza!
