My experience with those is they never stop moving.
Probably one of the nastiest things a critter can get.
Remove as soon as possible.

is it in the paw or where?

oh sounds like its lodged elsewhere - foxtails are nasty.
had a couple removed from my buddys paw, first time i waited thinking it was just a scratch and that turned into surgery, the second time i ran to the vet as soon as i saw it on the paws.
now i do paw checks often..

I believe it’s lodged in her throat beyond her tonsils . I already took her to emergency vet 3 days ago . When she came out the nurse told me they weren’t sure if they got all of them and that if her symptoms persisted then I might need to take her to a specialist . I thought that they weren’t sure using an endoscope but I’m thinking that they just sedated her and looked with a flashlight . She had many in her tonsil area and the cavity behind her tonsils but they weren’t sure if she ingested any and didn’t inspect her nostrils while she was asleep . That cost me close to 900 $ . She came out feeling a lot better and her symptoms are much less but she still hacks about 5! Times a day and yawns extra like stretching her mouth . She is the love of my life . I’m thinking I will sell my 350 z to be able to save her .

Try some olive oil, shoot it in her mouth with a syringe maybe it will slide out and you could put her in the shower/bathroom get it as steamy as you can and let her sit there for awhile, it's worth a try... I'm praying for you !!!
