I think it is a toss-up. The natural feminine body certainly has it's appeal but I also think that a lot of men appreciate, and sometimes prefer, a lady is some suggestive attire. I think being dressed triggers some more fantasy thinking.

And, of course, an attitude to match the attire is important.

Yes, I imagine what women look like under their garments frequently. I assume I’m not the only person who does.

The tits, the ass, the legs, and the face. Not necessarily in that order.

I was once told a woman's essence is in her hair. I think there might be something to that. Essence wasn't the word originally used but I can't remember what was. You catch my drift.

I agree.

I think that first moment of contact, the passionate kiss, followed by his roaming hands exploring my body, followed by an even deeper passionate kiss tells me that I have guessed right in predicting his desires; both in dress and attitude! That sensual moment usually makes me melt away into complete submission! If he thinks my body is a temple then who am I to stop him from worshipping it, in anyway he wants to.

A lady’s figure. A "lady's figure" generally refers to the physical shape or build of a woman. It can encompass various body types, from the hourglass shape with a defined waist to more rounded or straight shapes. Different body types have different characteristics, and understanding these can help in choosing clothing and body care products that best flatter a woman's figure.
Here's a more detailed look at some common female body shapes:
Common Body Shapes:
Hourglass: Characterized by balanced bust and hips, with a significantly narrower waist.
Pear (or Triangle): Hips are wider than the bust, with a well-defined waist.
Inverted Triangle: Shoulders and bust are wider than the hips.
Apple (or Round): Bust and abdomen are prominent, and the waist may be less defined.
Rectangle (or Straight): Waist, bust, and hips are relatively similar in width, with a generally straight silhouette.

This sexist proverb has been around for centuries, and it reflects how only men had status in society and women were relegated to subservience (with a few notable exceptions).
Women have achieved near-equality in the modern world and perhaps it's time to shitcan that old sexist axiom, or at least update it.

As it happens, I love undressing my dates. The ladies that capture my attention often are wearing something that I can imagine slipping my hands under. I do like to see that you've paid enough attention to have put on makeup, without layering on so much that I can't see your skin.
I do love a bare midriff (obviously depending on body shape). I like to be able to see the shape of your ass.
But, as people have said, your (encouraging) smile is by far the most important way to make a woman.
