When it comes to stacking bodies, I don't think the gender really plays a big role in the heat generated when they begin to compost. It does help to add a bit of dirt and a healthy layer of dead leaves over the top to reduce smell and keep out flying insects. Depending on how big the pile is, and for how long, the internal temperature could reach close to 160F.
Unless you were talking about live bodies. I think internal temperature is regulated for the most part by blood flow and the heat emitted would really depend on the external weather, direct sunlight, and the amount of calories being burned through physical activity.

Thinking of/watching girl-on-girl, the idea is that each girl in turn stands in for the (presumably male) viewer and does what the viewer wants to do. No other guy gets in on the action.
So it has been explained, anyway.
