Westchester, Culver City, and El Segundo are all easily freeway accessible and have metro stations. Of course, I’m very biased towards the Westside and South Bay so that definitely figures into my answer 😂😘
Consider Orange County
I’m not a frequent visitor to Los Angeles unless I absolutely must. With rampant homelessness, difficulty finding parking, & not to mention having to pay to park everywhere you go is an easy pass.

Montecito is pretty nice
Nacraman that is true, but there are only 5 level 1 or above males in this area and we are far away from other locations for business purposes. Even throwing in Ventura County there are only around 160 of us.

The O.C. would be a great choice

San Diego! America’s Finest City

Culver city is right next to the 10, 405, and expo subway line if you like the westside. Downtown would make sense if you want people to have easier access who live in either valley.

I gotta ask, how many guys here take metro, or a bus, to meet up with people from HX in LA area? I guess I could see a quick lunch date if I worked right next to a station and she was just a few stops away, but otherwise I can't picture it.
I know parking in K-town is a fucking mess, so I could see parking a few stops away in that case, lol.

I lived in DTLA for 13 years, for 6 years I was in HX and pretty much did all my dates at home, parking is a bitch anytime after 3 PM especially.
I had quite a few "friends"that worked DT so they always took the metro anyways & just stopped by my place before.
However DTLA can be tricky with the homeless and all, it sure was fun though, best years of my life, everyone deserves a taste of City life.
Good luck beautiful.

If you don't have a day job then OC is the best place. More guys with more money. Plus, a move there should generate a "bump" in business by picking up all those guys that would like to see you but don't like going into LA area. Also, by moving a little south you would probably pickup some new clients from the San Diego area. Your current LA repeat clients would probably still see you in OC.
Just my $.02 worth

^ Marissa_G. 100%; one of the smartest women on here! Come visit OC and you will see. Visit the beach areas.

+1 on OC. But what can I say, I grew up there.
Move to Vegas. No state income tax. Cheaper rent. Travel for work. You can go to where the clients are instead of making the clients come to you in a difficult place to get to.
Pluses
Your neighborhood is relatively safe from LEO entanglements.
Your apartment is rent controlled.
Minuses
Competition is fierce.
Parking often sucks.
Are you thriving where you are?
Do you feel comfortable where you are?
If the answer to the above questions is yes, do not move.

Sherman oaks is great

I've never understood why the majority of people on this site seem to be in OC. I know there was an OC bias when the site started years ago, but that still seems to be the case.
Hi, Gina Rollins! Hope you've been well. You are such a sweetheart. I still have those great pictures I took of you years ago!

You can truly get a career going in OC, especially in sales Real estate, digital media and anything else under the sun).
OC lady-bossing is perfect for you. You’ll get hired anywhere. OC is hands down more regimented than LA. And has much more opportunity for our personalities.
Then you can spend your energy part time here on HX because the bulk of your time is doing something sustainable else where.
A perfect balance to conserve your energy.

WTF dave!

Oc is probably a better spot! Less traffic versus surrounding 101 areas, and less traffic and congested parking in the more spacious oc area .

@OP
BTW - what a great pic! You are beautiful!

Re: parking being a hassle and/or expensive: I don’t think there’s a single paid parking spot in the entire town of El Segundo. Some of the streets on the east side close to PCH have permit parking during certain weekday hours to discourage the people who work in offices along PCH from parking in residential neighborhoods, but other than that, it’s basically a parking free-for-all.

West OC

Hi Gina.
Take Marissas advice.....got to OC. If you do you can count on me at least once a month and I will tell all my friends who will sign up too.

I prefer to stay in LA because of family but an area more accessable than WEHO, The question is what part of LA is best? I was thinking about the culver city area, with 2 freeways and a metro station, any thoughts? any better areas?
So many people say OC, but OC is so big, too many areas to choose,, I will lose all my regulars and have to start from scratch, I think LA is a smarter choice

Simply gorgeous, I need to see Gina wearing her lovely lingerie
You need to tell her where to move first!
Don't have subway station as a priority. For the most part, people who take public transportation in LA are going to be lower income. It's not like NY or San Francisco where most people take a train places.
East Valley is good - Studio City, Sherman Oaks, even Encino and Burbank....all are close to major freeways
Hollywood Hills is also close to the 101 and relatively close to where you are now.
Culver City is an excellent choice.... A couple of since retired Ladies moved there and loved it.
Short drive to LAX for your travels and still close to WeHo and DTLA.
Culver City, Westchester, Torrance, West LA
As with BeBunny and Hollywood mentioned... Sherman Oaks and the other East Valley locations are nice. A lot of new developments (condo's and Apt's) built and renovated regularly.
I just moved to Sherman Village/Valley Village and this area is extremely convenient for moving around... Riverside Dr has most of the premier developments with direct access to the 101. Just a hop and a skip thru the Hollywood hills and your back in West Hollywood!
Consider Santa Clarita. Lots of positive things to say about it.
This guy said for the most part ppl that take public transportation are from low income, like you fucking know where they come from & how much they make…..pipe down 🤦🏽
I vote for OC, but if you want to stay in the general ares....
The flats of Beverly Hills - between Olympic and Wilshire within a couple of blocks from Beverly Dr.
Nice places with charm.
Parking is not terrible, public parking within walking distance
Safe neighborhood
Keep your clients from WeHo
There are routes to stay away from the traffic
Good Luck

Easy freeway access, plenty of free parking day and evening, decent rent availability, safe area, large consumer base...probably the best considerations in your choice of options. Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Studio City . North Hollywood may be good options.
You know my preference, just down the street from my place!
But I agree with staying in LA, and nearer a couple of freeways would definitely make it easier for me to reach you more often. I think Culver City is a very nice area, and there’s a lot of great location in West Los Angeles in general.
North of the 405, Sherman Oaks
West Hollywood is a bit far from freeway access. Most gals I know that are based in LA are in Hollywood proper (close to the 101), the Valley, or LAX.
Gina, consider that where you are now is tightly rent controlled and has strict eviction regulations. That is a value you don't want to lose by moving to a new location that is either not rent controlled or has fewer restrictions and eviction controls. Also, you will be facing market rent which could be double what you're paying now or more. You're in a great part of town, with fast times for first responders and while not freeway convenient, there is statistically less crime there. Best of luck on your decision.
By the way, I'm sure you're worth any traffic hassle. Can't wait to meet.
Sherman oaks is pretty close to WeHo & it’s busy cause all the freeways
Pasadena is nice and not a far from LA and surrounding cities.
Culver city, Torrance, long Beach are beautiful places to live
I wouldn't have thought subway travel would be a positive, at least on the left coast, Manhattan, sure.
I'd say wherever you decide, stay closer to the coast, generally speaking, cleaner, nicer areas, higher rent, which should translate to better biz for you.
Personally, I'd say down around Jonh Wayne Airport, nice, and would be convenient for touring.
